Welcome to mydeargrocery.com Terms of Use agreement. For purposes of this
agreement, “Site” refers to the Shop`s website, which can be accessed at
mydeargrocery.com or mobile app.
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to my dear grocery. “You”, “Your” and
“Customer” refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service.
The following Terms of Use apply when you view or use the Service [via our

Please review the following terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service,
you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to be

REGISTRATION / ACCOUNT & REGISTRATION
All shopper / client / customer have to register and login to place orders as part
of the registration process on the site (mydeargrocery.com ). Site
(mydeargrocery.com ) may collect the following personal information about
you : Full Name including first, middle and last name, email, mobile or contact
number, postal / zip / pin code , address,city, state, country, age, gender
occupation, education etc. the number of themes you access the pages and
such browsing information.
You have to keep your action and registration details current and correct for
communication related to your buying / purchases / order from the site. By
agreeing to the terms and conditions,You agree to receive promotional
communication and newsletters upon registration.

ELIGIBILITY / RULES FOR USER CONDUCT AND USE OF THE
SERVICE FROM THIS SITE
You need to be at least 18 years old to use this site service.

DELIVERY
You deliver the products on its specified time slots according to you / customer convenience.
Our currently delivery time in Bhopal is 24 to 36 hours, in Madhya Pradesh (M.P.) delivery time
is 3 to 5 day minimum and maximum 7 day and in India delivery time is 5 to 7 day and
maximum 10 days currently.
Current modes of payments are “COD (Cash on Delivery) and Online
Payment.
Copy of the invoice will be provided at the time of delivery.
Customer / You is liable to collect his / her ordered product from his doorstep.
We advised you to check all the products at the time of delivery.

CANCELLATION ORDER
You can cancel your order anytime after placing your order. If the order is
canceled and the order is not ready for delivery, that time order charge doesn’t
apply. If the order goes for delivery and that time the order is canceled by you
so you will be paid for delivery charges.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer / you / your side or
any transaction which contradicts the terms & conditions of using the website,
we cancel such orders. We maintain a negative or all fraudulent transactions
and customers and we would deny access to them or cancel any order placed
by you / customer.
If your order is canceled on our site after getting payment online on our
account then we will refunded to your bank account or by cash within 7 to 14
days of working.

RETURN & REFUNDS
Thanks for shopping with us. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy
products with us.
Yes you will return your order when you order delivery on your home / office /
shop door. After it is delivered by us then if the order is delivered and then
you want to return the order in that case you give me a genuine reason why
you need to return the order. If your reason is satisfied then we will return
your order and you need to pay only delivery charges.
If the products are not in good condition and any issue in the product then we
will return your order. If you pay online we will return your payment in 7 to
14 days of working. And we are able to take delivery charges.
If payment mode is COD (Cash on Delivery) in this condition you / customer
will pay delivery charges first then the product will return.
Condition –

Unused product.
Same Quantity like – kg or pcs.
Without any mix up.
Note –
We checked every order and took the same quality product that we
delivered you. If you return your order and we check if the product is
the same then we will start our return and refund process. If product
order is not the same in this condition we will cut our delivery charges
both side delivered and pickup you order.
2.
Packaging – We use courier services so if any defect on packaging then the
product will not return and be refunded . packaging because we use courier
services.
If your order is delivered late in this condition it we do not pay return or
refund because its delivery time depends on our delivery providers.
PRICE / Selling Price / MRP –
All the products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP and Selling Price unless
otherwise specified. Product prices fluctuate on a daily / weekly / monthly
basis.
Condition –
1). If you order product price / selling price / MRP is less but when product
delivered to you that time price is high so we are charge you invoice base price
/ Selling Price / MRP par product.
2). If you order product price / selling price / MRP is high but when product is
delivered to you that time price is low so we are charge you invoice base price
/ selling price / MRP par product.
Note – 1) and 2) condition prices fluctuate so whenever prices fluctuate in that
condition we charge based on invoice par product price / selling price / MRP.
In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery no additional
charges will be collected or detected.

SCREEN & COLOR
It depends on your computer or mobile screen and resolution. For better or
best experience you can use PC and Computer for more options you can use
mobile also.

COMMENT / REVIEWS / FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSION
You / customer agree that no comment / feedback / review submitted by you /
customer to this website will be or contain libelous or otherwise unlawful,
threatening, abusive or obscene material or contain software viruses, political
campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letter , mass mailings or any form
of “spam”. We reserve the right to moderate as well as publish/not publish the
reviews / comment / feedback.We also reserve the rights to solicit or withhold
reviews and ratings with no liability. We reserve the right to accept, reject,
moderate, monitor & edit or remove any comment / review / feedback.
We and its affiliates take no responsibility and assume no liability for any

Issue in Products –
We not make a product who is available on this site. We purchase our product by vendors or company product. If you this site product and after use product you find any type issue like health or other, We are or this site not resposible.
We are recommended you that please check Expiry Date of Packed Product and also it quality before use.If you feel any issue in product or product quality we shall help you (Before use of product).

UPDATE AND MODIFY TERMS AND CONDITION –
We may at any time modify the Terms and condition of use of this website
without any prior notification to you. You should regularly review the Terms
and Conditions on this site. However, if you continue to use this site service
